Spleet’s Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) product is a credit product specifically created to provide tenants with credit facilities to make full upfront rent payments to Landlords. The objective of RNPL is to assist with stress free, no collateral rental loans to further contribute to Spleet’s mission to power easier living for everyone in Africa.

Target Market

This product is targeted at young to middle-aged professionals who are looking for convenient and affordable all-inclusive accommodation.

Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria to apply for this product includes;

Must be employed/be a salary earner
Must be between the ages of 25 – 45
Must have found the desired accommodation
Desired accommodation must be in Lagos
Must show ability to make equity contribution
